By Troy Anderson, Founder of Battle Ready News. The journey of salvation is one of profound mystery, grace, and purpose. For centuries, theologians, pastors, and believers have explored the intricate relationship between God’s gift of salvation and our response to it. At the core of this discussion lies a vital question: Is perseverance essential to salvation? And if so, what role do writers, thinkers, and storytellers play in encouraging perseverance and spiritual growth in today’s culture?
26+ year Navy veteran here. I wrote a 1-year devotional book with stories of my experiences in the military and in the outdoors. It was well-received. I followed up with another free book about fighting the culture rot. It was a flop - not a single comment from anyone. I've just finished another that seeks to take advantage of the coming 250th birthday of our country. It's purpose is to inspire men to be spiritual Minutemen and to support each other in men's ministry "brigades." Late-breaking insight, I believe from the Holy Spirit, led to a final chapter rewrite. I gave drafts to a few guys to see if it hits the mark or not.
I have a couple of your Battle Ready books, which are excellent and very much appreciated.
